Clark Ricke, President

Clark Ricke has more than 35 years of management and sales experience, representing some of the largest manufacturers in the heavy equipment industry. He has received national recognition and awards for his innovative sales approaches, professionalism and knowledge of government marketing. His articles regarding government sales strategies have been published in numerous regional and national magazines. 

 Additionally, he has taken the American Public Works Association’s (AWPA) and Caterpillar’s Fleet Management Courses, is MOLO Certified, is a Solid Waste Consultant, and has been a past State Board Member of the Florida Chapter of APWA.

 Mr. Ricke served in Vietnam with the K/75 and E/173rd regiments, and he is a service-connected Disabled Veteran.

Tricia Ricke, Vice President & CFO

Tricia Ricke serves as the VP and CFO for Federal Contracts Corp and has more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the database management and financial industries. Tricia served in senior management positions within SunBank, Nations Bank and Harland Corporation with specific focus on product management, sales training and client services. Her experience in the heavily regulated financial services industry makes her uniquely qualified to navigate governmental regulations in order to secure business opportunities. 

 Tricia oversees the daily operation of Federal Contracts and is responsible for contract negotiations with GSA, as well as other governmental agencies, and maintaining the company’s small business certification set-aside status.  These certifications, including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone Small Business are key elements to the company’s mission.

Steve Ricke, Executive Vice President

Steve has 40 years of heavy equipment and management experience with
oil & gas exploration, heavy civil construction, and sales and marketing with major manufacturers.

He is a past member of the Association of Construction Equipment Managers, a lifetime member of the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) and awarded 1997 “Technician of the Year” for the AEMP.
He is also a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA).

Before joining Federal Contracts Corp, he was the Director of Corporate Business for the Wirtgen Group. He has served on several boards and committees dedicated to improving the professionalism of equipment sales and management.

Christopher Rey, Vice President

As a Vice President, Chris coordinates all of the many aspects of our business and is a great asset to the FCC team. He has been with Federal Contracts Corp since 2010. His primary responsibility is with heavy and agricultural equipment. He works directly with both the     manufacturers and government customers to help them meet their needs. He then follows up with the manufacturers and customers after  every transaction to ensure we have met all the needs of the purchaser. He often goes out of his way to help our many customers meet their small business goals. Additionally, Chris ensures compliance with our GSA and BPA contracts.

Chris was born and raised in Florida and graduated from Saint Leo University with a degree in History. He is a loyal customer of the local donut shop, Hole-In-One Donuts and enjoys traveling all over the country to participate in trade shows and events. In the office, he is known for his great imagination and wonderful sense of humor.

Pete Pierson, Vice President

As Vice President of Federal Contracts Corp, Pete is responsible for sales of all power systems,  material handling equipment, trailers and crane/boom trucks. He has been with the company since 2013 and has an excellent understanding of the governmental procurement process. Pete has worked at all levels with federal and state agencies and has extensive experience working with customers to provide reliable, long-term solutions. He maintains close relationships with both end users and manufactures, and is committed to ensuring successful design and   delivery according to contract requirement.

Pete has a political science degree from the University of Washington and is a retired NFL football player who spent 9 seasons playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts. He is a dad to his daughter Hannah, who is quickly nearing her high school graduation.

Stephanie Collier, Operations Officer

Stephanie joined the team in 2016 and has over 15 years of sales and operations
management experience, as well as significant experience in the digital marketing and technology arenas. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Saint Leo University.

As our Operations Officer, she ensures the business operations run smoothly. She
helps coordinate the successful collaboration of our sales and finance teams, oversees human resources, and maintains and monitors our contracts. In addition, she puts her technical skills to good use by being our in-office technical support contact, taking responsibility for our software and systems.

Stephanie applies her enthusiasm to ensuring each member of our team has all the tools they need so they can best meet the needs of our government customers.

 

Meghan Keough-Krueger, Controller

Meghan joined the Federal Contracts Corp team in 2019 as the Controller. Meghan is also a decorated Navy Veteran, where she proudly served as an Avionics Electronics Technician. During her service, Meghan did a tour overseas where she received the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal and was honorably discharged after her service.

Meghan has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting, has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, and is working towards the her Bachelors in Accounting and Economics. She has much industry knowledge and experience in accounting, including many for profit and non-profit industries, Education, Banking, and government contracts.  She brings more value to the team from her roles as a HR manager and Independent Contract Accountant.

As Controller, Meghan oversees the finance department, advises the management team on the financial aspects of the company, monitors the everyday operations, produces financial reporting as well as evaluates and improves internal processes and controls. 

Cari Bishop, Bookkeeper

Cari joined our team in 2017, and brings with her over 20 years of finance management experience. She has over 12 years working in the government contracting marketplace, meaning she has a significant understanding of the unique challenges faced by our government customers.

As our Bookkeeper, she is responsible for all incoming customer payments and making sure our vendors are getting payments in a timely manner. Cari oversees the submission of all invoices according to each contract and that our books are kept accurate and up-to-date. Work’s with Controller to implement new processes within Finance Department. Cari’s accounting experience and her attention to detail ensure that we stay in good standing with all of our customers and vendors.

Matt McHone, Rental Manager

Matt is the Rental Manager. He joined Federal Contracts Corp in 2017.
He is responsible for maintaining and servicing nationwide rental contracts. This involves sourcing the requested items and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to, and pickup from the customer’s location.

Matt comes to FCC with over 15 years of experience in operating and management of heavy equipment job sites and underground utilities. His previous experience working as a heavy equipment operator adds valuable insights to our business.

 

Donny Jeffers, Contracts Specialist

With an extensive background in retail sales and customer service, Donny has spent the last 19 years in Chicago managing two of the largest food retailers in that area.  This background in procurement and delivery has given Donny a network of manufacturers to meet needs in all areas, as well as an understanding of the importance of the customer experience.

Donny is handling all UTV, ATV, and EV needs at Federal Contracts Corp, and will do whatever it takes to make sure that every customer can say that their experience with Federal Contracts Corp exceeded their needs.

Brent Mayes, Contracts Specialist

Brent comes to Federal Contracts Corp with over 15 years of sales experience. His most recent experience in industrial manufacturing had Brent working extensively with the largest oil & gas companies in the U.S., industrial water treatment companies across the country, as well as working with the military and first responders on the design and installation of training facilities.  Brent’s dedication to being a technical knowledge expert and genuine passion for customer service help make him a perfect fit for FCC’s mission and vision. Brent specializes in the procurement of DLA contracts as well as the general procurement of equipment for government purchases.

Outside of the office, Brent is an avid outdoors man and loves saltwater fishing. Most weekends, you can find him either inshore fishing or kayaking the many flats and mangroves throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Jason Paules, Purchasing

Jason joined the Federal Contracts Corp team in April of 2019. As Executive Assistant, he is responsible for processing the purchase orders that come through from our government agency customers as well as keeping our customers up-to-date on the shipment status of their orders. 

Jason received his Associate’s Degree from Hillsborough Community College in Business with a concentration in Accounting. He is currently enrolled at the University of South Florida and plans to graduate at the end of 2020 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. 

He comes to FCC from Busch Gardens where he was responsible for reconciling accounts for many of the cost centers they had.

Outside of work, he spends as much time with his two nieces as possible. When he is not spending time with them, since he was born and raised in Tampa, he can be seen cheering on any one of the Tampa Bay Sports teams.

Linda Rose Danial, Contracts Assistant

Linda Rose joined Federal Contracts Corp in 2018 as the Contracts Assistant. As the Contracts Assistant she is the bridge between our vendors and our contracting officers, ensuring all contracts are accurate and up to date. She works to get new vendors approved on GSA, updates all GSA contracts, and also helps support DLA contract approvals.

Linda Rose graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematical Programming. With her background being in the STEM fields, she is well-versed in data analytics, researching, and practical mathematics which makes her ideal in managing and updating our contracts. She has a true love for numbers and is always seen at her desk working on some form of spreadsheet.

Shaneekua McDaniels, Finance Assistant

Shaneekua has Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. She joined Federal Contracts Corp’s Finance team in 2017, and is excited to further her career working in the government contracting industry. She comes to us from the banking industry, where she gained valuable experience in the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

As a Finance Assistant, she will be working closely with our finance department as our Accounts Payable Specialist, by ensuring that all our vendor accounts are current. Along with this responsibility, she will also work to ensure that Federal Contracts Corp maintains good relationships with all of our vendors.

Outside of work, Shaneekua enjoys spending her free time with her family and shopping.
